Be Objective.

Choose one specific action you want to track, like "spending more time with my kids."

How will you know if you're doing it? First, figure out how much time you currently spend with them.

Define what spending time means. For instance, you could say it includes focused interactions with one or both kids, noting how often and how long you do this. This way, you can measure your actions objectively.

Also, think about what doesn't count as quality time, like being in the same room but not interacting.

Try with this worksheet to be objective about an action or behaviour your interested in tracking.
