About Life Shift ABA
Our Values
-
We recognize that every person’s experiences, challenges, strengths, and circumstances are unique.
We aim to approach solutions with curiosity, respect, and kindness, acknowledging both the current challenges and supporting room for growth.
-
We believe better outcomes are achieved when we work together. We recognize that each person brings valuable knowledge, experiences, and strengths that contribute to collective success.
Whether working with individuals, families, teams or communities, we view collaboration as a process of co-creating solutions rather than imposing them.
To create sustainable change requires that individuals be active participants in shaping their own outcomes.
In order to develop meaningful solutions, we aim to foster open and honest communication, involvement from different perspectives, and sharing of expertise.
-
We believe everyone deserves access to opportunities, support, and resources that enable them to thrive. Individuals and communities have different experiences, barriers, and needs; and equitable support acknowledges these differences. We are committed to creating environments where diverse perspectives are welcomed, valued, and represented.
We work to reduce barriers to participation, helping people have what they need to meaningfully engage, and achieve their goals.
-
Our goal is not simply to solve problems, but to empower others to solve them independently in the future.
We focus on creating sustainable change by equipping individuals, families, organizations, and communities with practical tools and strategies that strength their abilities to navigate future challenges and goals.
We teach our clients practical and transferrable skills building confidence through supported success and the development of sustainable systems and supports.
Meet Our CEO
I believe that great behaviour support is measured by how confidently clients are able to thrive without service.
With over 15 years in applied behaviour analysis, I have collaborated with healthcare teams, schools, community agencies, and families to assess complex behavioural challenges with efficiency and lasting impact.
At Life Shift ABA, our work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centred practice. We develop practical solutions that fit naturally into everyday environments and produce meaningful, measurable outcomes.
My work is driven by a simple philosophy: build capacity, not dependency. By strengthening the skills of individuals and the people who support them, I create systems that promote the generalization and maintenance of meaningful behaviour change long after services have ended. The most effective intervention is one that becomes part of everyday life, not one that requires ongoing specialist involvement.
From supporting complex hospital-to-community transitions and interdisciplinary treatment planning, to developing proactive behaviour support strategies and staff training, I have helped organizations achieve better outcomes, with efficient use of their time and resources.
I believe sustainable change isn’t about doing more, but about building the right skills, in the right people, for the long term.
