Meet Our CEO

I believe that great behaviour support is measured by how confidently clients are able to thrive without service.

With over 15 years in applied behaviour analysis, I have collaborated with healthcare teams, schools, community agencies, and families to assess complex behavioural challenges with efficiency and lasting impact.

At Life Shift ABA, our work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and person-centred practice. We develop practical solutions that fit naturally into everyday environments and produce meaningful, measurable outcomes.

My work is driven by a simple philosophy: build capacity, not dependency. By strengthening the skills of individuals and the people who support them, I create systems that promote the generalization and maintenance of meaningful behaviour change long after services have ended. The most effective intervention is one that becomes part of everyday life, not one that requires ongoing specialist involvement.

From supporting complex hospital-to-community transitions and interdisciplinary treatment planning, to developing proactive behaviour support strategies and staff training, I have helped organizations achieve better outcomes, with efficient use of their time and resources.

I believe sustainable change isn’t about doing more, but about building the right skills, in the right people, for the long term.
